My Friends: Dave McGettigan
What to say about Dave…. Well firstly his name. He is known in my household as ‘Dave the Slave’. This is because his is a drive-aholic and would drive me on adventures(great adventures!) everywhere. He was also a handy man for lifts to offaly and back!
One noted thing about dave is his extreme independence. He is very reliable when he feels like it. Others times, very very frustrating to get him to something! Some say it lazyness, but the doctors still havent figured it out yet!
Dave djs the odd time. The highlight of my college life was getting on the V.I.P lists in club in dublin everyweek because of his dj shenanigans!! Oh and the free drink as well!
It wouldnt be fair to describe Dave without mentioning his driving record! Only 3~4 crashes, it depends what you classify a crash as!! I suppose it reasonable considering the amount of time he spend in the car. He “claims” to be a safe driver but hes the craziest driver i know!
